Timberra Westminster Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary based on location, project requirements, and other factors. All service agreements will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ from what was initially assessed. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and require payment upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Property Access and Permissions

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property in question. You agree to provide clear access to work areas and to inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that may affect our work.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for tree work on your property. We can assist with permit applications but cannot guarantee approval.

5. Liability and Insurance

Timberra Westminster Tree Service carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during service delivery. However, tree work involves inherent risks, and we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from hidden defects, unforeseen conditions, or acts of nature.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the survival or health of trees following pruning or other treatments, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Timberra Westminster Tree Service and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms
